Obligations of Client

• Customers shall promptly supply all the necessary information, resources, and approvals to meet the project timelines.
• Lack of required inputs will cause a delay or overcharge.

Termination

• Either party reserves the right to terminate this agreement by providing the other with 30 days’ written notice.
• In the case of termination, all work completed to date shall be charged to the customer along with expenses until the termination date.
• Grocket Group may at any time terminate services for reasons including but not limited to, failure to pay or violation of these terms and other unlawful activities.

Limitation of Liability

• The Grocket Group shall not be liable for loss of profits, use, or other economic losses resulting from the employment of services or non-access to our services.
• The liability of Grocket Group is limited to the services paid by the client for the particular service.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grocket Group from any claim arising from your breach of this agreement or your misuse of our services.

Governing Law
The laws of Delhi govern these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Changes to Terms
We might modify these Terms and Conditions periodically. New terms will be displayed on this page and your continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
